Large 4 5/16" long Copper Pendant. This is a trade piece found by Dewey Schmid near the mid Columbia River prior to 1955 between the Narrows and the Deschutes. For similar types of trade items see Indian Trade Goods by Arthur Woodward 1965 1976 page 18 and on the cover. Dewey was a member of the Oregon Archaeological Society in the early 1950s.
