Highly collectible period artifact! 11 1/4" diameter Drum with original paint. Made from hand-fleshed leather that is in very good condition for age. All attachments are original hand-cut rawhide. Very old tag reads Tesuque near the Tesuque River New Mexico . From the collection of Walter Dudkewitz who bought the Boardman collection in 1970. Walt is pictured in the 1976 Whos Who in Indian Relics #4 page 78.
