Unique 2 7/16" Decatur Fracture Base found in Athens Co., Ohio. Made from black Coshocton Flint and fluted on one face. Possibly salvaged by a later culture from a Paleo point. Ex. William "Bill" Roland. From the collection of Dr. Mike Moran.
