Massive! 9 1/4" tall Columbia River Mall with a large ring and nipple top. This documented Maul was found at Wakemap mound in 1955 by Cyril Davis. The mound was covered by the backwaters of the Dalles Dam in the spring of 1957. The Davis family were members of the Oregon Archaeological Society. One of the photos in the set shows Cyril's son Loren holding the Maul in the summer of 1955.
